We are truly committed to making the very most of our expertise to systematically recover metal raw materials so that they can be reused by people and industry. Because this is what we believe in, not just because we want to make money. Acting responsibly to curb climate change and conserve natural resources has been part of our DNA ever since our company was founded over 40 years ago. We began driving forward the green economy, therefore, long before the term had even been thought of.

We have worked hard to earn our status as one of the leading recycling businesses across Europe. And we do everything in our power each and every day to further extend our pioneering role. By continuously carrying out research work and developing new technologies. And by focusing on the main reason that sets us apart from others: our 170 employees. It is their skills, their wealth of experience and their know-how that make the difference as we strive to excel in our mission of offering our customers innovative and bespoke solutions for all material streams that contain metal.
M&R in a nutshell
What jobs do we have and who does them? Find out more about the people at our company.
Besides being the innovation and technology leader in the field of metal recycling, we are also part of the TSR Group which means we have access to a strong set-up beyond our own core areas of expertise. That puts us in a stronger economic position. And it helps ensure that we can guarantee that all material streams and all residual materials are sent on for the best possible treatment. Put simply: material life cycles are closed in an even more comprehensive and holistic way.
Find out more about the TSR Group
Being sustainable means seeing the big picture. This not only involves us conserving natural resources, therefore, but also doing everything in our power to protect people and the environment. From making sure all residual and hazardous materials are disposed of using environmentally sound systems, all the way through to using energy efficiently and ensuring our employees’ workplaces are safe.
We guarantee that we achieve maximum recovery rates when we recycle e-waste and waste materials containing metals. The metals we recover have a high level of purity and are suitable for use in smelting plants. It is our goal to find the most efficient and most sustainable solution for our customers and their waste streams.
Our recycling facilities process material streams containing metal from the whole of Europe. We sell our recycled raw materials to steelworks, smelting plants and other raw material producers located all around the world.
We are TÜV-approved and have been issued accreditation in line with diverse ISO standards. From environmental and health & safety through to energy management. What’s more, we are also a certified specialist waste management business [EfbV] and a primary e-waste treatment facility.
Being part of the TSR Group means that we can drive forward our sustainability efforts even more effectively and generate even more added value for our customers. As a result, we are able to offer comprehensive solutions delivered by one and the same company. For anything and everything that involves metal recycling.
Both M&R, and the TSR Group in general, conduct themselves in line with strict ethical and moral standards that have been set out in the Group’s Compliance Guidelines. We guarantee that all of our input material comes from very good sources and, as a result, that all of the recycled raw materials we produce are of the highest standards.
